Hotel Maraton - Szamotuly

Had a lovely Christmas stay in this hotel. The view from the room facing the stadium was amazing. Loved having access to the fitness center, pool, and sauna - it was included in the price and just a short walk away. The location was perfect, close to all the city's sport centers, so it made it easy for us to attend events. The hotel rooms were quite basic, but very clean, and the restaurant at the entrance of the hotel had a nice selection of breakfast dishes.

The rooms did not have air conditioning, and it was a little uncomfortable sleeping during the night because of this. When we asked for an upgrade, we were told it was not an option.

The hotel location was great, right next to a sports center and easily accessible. the cost was reasonable and included access to a fitness center and pool, which I enjoyed using. the room itself was comfortable and clean, with a working desk and fridge, and the wifi worked perfectly.

One of the biggest issues was that the room lacked air conditioning.
